Terms and Conditions

1. All coupons and loyalty certificates will have an expiration date on them and will be valid only to that date.
   
2. All coupons and loyalty certificates are not valid when combined with any other offer or discount.  Dine in only, one offer per table, per party. 
3. Loyalty certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Points are accumulated on qualifying purchases at Clancy's. You will be awarded one point for every dollar you spend.
5. Points will not be issued for gratuities.
   
6. Points are not issued for the purchase of Gift Certificates.
   
7. No purchase necessary to get a Clancy's Royalty Rewards Card. However, you can only have one active card at a time.
   
8. To enroll, you must have a valid mailing address and be 18 years of age or older.
   
9. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
10. Points are awarded at the time of visit. Points will not be awarded for prior visits.
11. If more than one card is presented at the table the amounts will be equally divided and not calculated according to each person’s order.
12. Clancy's reserves the right to terminate, change reward values or alter the program at any time.
13. Clancy's reserves the right to cancel membership at any time.
